Winemaking

My first interaction with the Hirsch Wine Group came during the middle of the 2024 vintage. We found ourselves in a difficult spot when the winery we were working with told us they could not fit us in, this after our fruit was already on the winery pad. In a bind, I reached out to Hirsch Wine Group to ask if they could help process some of our fruit.
They didn’t hesitate.
Peter Mackie, Tom Belford, and the entire HWG team stepped up and did an outstanding job. The fruit was handled with great care, and the finished wine speaks for itself — our Pinot Noir has already scored an impressive 96 out of 100.
Beyond winemaking, HWG also offers top-notch bottling solutions and a state-of-the-art storage facility.
